About Philip Gilles

Philip P Gilles, son of Philip A Gilles, started his professional career as an Account Executive for Management Recruiters International, where he placed highly qualified candidates into upper management positions for fortune 500 companies. He then perused a life-long dream and joined The US Coast Guard, to end his service at the United States Coast Guard Station in Fort Myers Beach, (the second most active Search and rescue Station in the CG system). He ended his service, after a highly decorated four years, to join the private sector once again, where he was hired by a Fort Lauderdale based staffing company to establish and grow several skilled employment agencies into the most profitable and respected offices throughout the Southeast United States.  It was this experience that allowed Philip the opportunity to peruse another dream, joining the family Real Estate business on Pine Island.  Entering the Real Estate Market full time at the very end of the “boom” in 2005, Philip is extremely experienced in Foreclosures and Short Sales.  “I take pride in successfully navigating the treacherous waters of today’s markets, things are a bit saner on the Island, but protecting my clients’ best interests, still has to be my focus.” Whether buying or selling or if you find yourself “Underwater” on your property, Philip can give you the straight forward advise you need, with the service you deserve.
